After more than 15 years of executive experience, in 2013 I found myself at a pivotal moment where I needed to be more effective in order to lead my own personal and professional reinvention journey.
There were so many issues to resolve at once that organizing myself wasn’t about getting better results. It was about personal survival.
I realized that what had worked for me could also help others in similar situations. So I decided to model it and create a mechanism others could adopt. That’s how the FASE Method was born.
I began working with organizational leaders who needed to regain control, improve results, and reduce stress. Early on, I noticed that my clients themselves were already contributing valuable insights, which led to continuous improvements and adaptations of the method based on the real needs of leaders.
In 2020, we adapted the method to the demands of remote and hybrid work. Today, after hundreds of interventions and projects — and much reflection and input from clients — FASE is the definitive co-created method for personal productivity and leadership development in organizations.

I was one of the first to implement the FASE Method® in a full commercial team under my leadership at the time. The impact was so transformative – for both the team and myself – that I decided to make the Method my profession and help bring this approach to other organisations.
